Shin 4-Nin Uchi Mahjong: Yakuman Tengoku is a Nintendo Entertainment System game in the Yakuman series. It was packaged with real Mahjong tiles.

Gameplay

Like other games in the series, the aim of the game is to get a winning hand (yaku). It supports up to four players, like 4-Nin Uchi Mahjong. The game includes a World Mode for competing against other players around the world, as well as a Free Mode where the player chooses which opponent to face, each with their own difficulty level.[1]
