The EarthBound Wiki is considering a name & logo change . Please help us choose a name and logo. Names are available in the Poll above, and Logo choices are in the attachments bellow.

You may only choose 1 name - logo pair; you can't choose one logo and the other name.

gdit I like the name PK Wiki but I like the WikiBound logo more. HELP.

But I don't really favor one over the other, but I guess if I had to choose it'd be WikiBound. After a lot of switching back and forth I finally come to a conclusion.

I dunno! I just like the colors more on the WB logo. I'm just not a big fan of bright orange/reds. That's mostly my personal taste, though, since gold and red suits the series rather well... gaaaaaaaaah I have no idea.

I like WikiBound

No offense to supporters of WikiBound, but it really reminds me of some cheesy user-fiction over at Userpedia that comes from an era when everybody put the word "wiki" in the titles. I'm going to have to go with PK Wiki for the name.

However, the WiiBound logo is cool (so I'm kind of in the same dilemma as Tina I suppose :P).

Would we be able to use PK's name on the style of logo WikiBound Has? if so, would that help settle the debate, or further divide it?

Wikibound sounds awesome and makes it more clear what your wiki is about.

I'm a bit bothered on the usage of PK: although it's more well-known, what about PSI? Is it PK or PSI? I've seen a bunch of different explanations - most commonly, that PK was used in the original game and in SSB (the dubbers didn't bother to dub in "PSI") or that PK and PSI differentiate certain attacks...

Anyway, I prefer WikiBound, because it's...well I dunno. Just that PK doesn't always just apply to EarthBound. PK can be a ton of things, like "player kill" or "psychokinesis" outside of EarthBound.

Technically, the ability to use psychic moves is called PSI, but the attacks always start with PK (which stands for "psychokinesis"). For some reason in the English translation of EarthBound (Mother 2) they used PSI in front of attacks (so PK Freeze is PSI Freeze, and so on), but they kept it PK in everything else (namely, EB0 and Smash Bros), so... um. Did that make sense? I'm just really bad at explaining things.

Although I do get what you do mean by that PK doesn't always apply to EB. :P

I vote for my own logo, of course.

"Wikibound" striked me as the better title....  There are too many Xwkis out there.

Wiki Bound is better since it's better for SEO. Its a combination of Earthbound and Wiki so...
