Title: Deerling Question

If I catch it in the winter will it always have the winter coat? or will it change?

It will change depending on the season (I think, 90% sure).

Any Deerling or Sawsbuck that you have will change form when the season changes. Likewise, all Deerling and Sawsbuck that you see in the wild will be in the form of the current season as well.

following what maxite said and sawsbuck and deerling change with season. It will change every month as seasons changes within each month. Their form has no type on their type

I think it stays in the form it is currently in unless you have it in your party when the season changes (this means leaving a building, as the season doesn't change until then).
