Unown.

This particular species is known for its art (not Jigglypuff sadly)

No. Wrong context.

Wargle?

this Pokémon has three heads representing Joy, Sorrow and, Anger.

I blame the economy.

Lord Ferrok:

Dodrio? I am guessing it's a Generation V Pokémon...

This next one is a multi-Poké quéstion! A question that involves multiple Pokémon as the answer! I made it up :D

These three Pokémon are the mascots of three games that might have been based off something in Ocarina of Time.

Was Dodrio correct?

yes

this Pokémon fought fiercely with Kyogre long ago.

TurtwigA

Groudon.

This species was the only one to gain a prevolution and an evolution in the same generation, but with it being revealed in an earlier generation.

Help spread the word about the word smorent! Definition: [smohrent] adj. fluffy. In a sentence: that bear is very smorent.

Actually, I said "might". It was Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon. They were the mascots of Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire versions, which might be based off the Kokiri Emerald, Goron Ruby, and Zora Sapphire.

This Pokémon was the first created.

Rhydon?

Actually, I think it's Mew. Nintendo applied for a trademark on "Mew" in 1990, a full nine years before Pokemon became a global phenomenon.
Actually, Mew was the first to have its name applied for a trademark but according to the Official Nintendo Magazine Australia and New Zealand (Issue 23, November 2010, page 057):
Quote from: Official Nintendo Magazine Australia and New Zealand
What was the first Pokémon ever created? Pikachu? Nope. Charmander? Afraid not, good sir. According to Ken Sugimori, the man behind Pokémon artwork, it was actually Rhydon, That's why the generic icon for Pokémon in the game looks like a Rhydon, and why all the statues in the Kanto gyms look like a Rhydon. Incedentally, in case you were wondering, the last one created in the original game was Victreebel.

This one is the first (and as far as I know, the only) Pokémon with a Canonical Scientific Name.

Oddish. (Oddium Wanderus)
Kabutops has one too (Kabutops maximis), and it appeared an anime episode before FireRed and LeafGreen were released, so it was the first.

There are multiple actually. Ice cream line, Barucahi, Gobitto with its evolution Goruugu, and that's it.

This species freezes their breathe to grow fangs for fighting.

I was unaware of that.

Hitmontop

Well, since Tacopill didn't put a "Who's that Pokemon" question, my turn!  ;D

Even though based of a Tree, this Pokemon is hard as rock.
Dr. Wily is a NIWA....in the name of a Pokemon.

tacopill

Bonsly.

And I don't think that Turtwing's question was answered, so i am going to repeat it.

There's also Sudowoodo, but yeah, my question hasn't yet been answered (copied in above post).

Well, WRONG!
Really? It's based on a bonsai, a mini tree in a container. Even so, you should remain calm about it, for only calmness will give the answer. But anyway, is Sudowoodo is the answer like I stated earlier.

Correct.  :eekdance:

Next. Though somewhat useless, this Pokemon can evolve into a more beautiful, and more popular Pokemon.
Dr. Wily is a NIWA....in the name of a Pokemon.

KidIcarus
