I want a refueling plane, it would work like the Black Boat from Dual Strike, and they do exist in real life

I want to alter the terrain to aid in battle. Such as destroying roads when I'm nested, or building roads when I'm on an offensive streak. I'm thinking a unit like the Rig of DoR should be able to do that.

I second the air-refueler suggestion.

Amphibians, currently only foot soldiers can cross small rivers. But the RL Humvees and some other amphibious vehicles can do that as well.
