This is a really difficult choice, considering I really enjoy all three.  I have phases of favoritism.  If I had to pick one, it would be Zelda, I think.

i'm more or less the opposite. i was OBSESSED with Zelda (especially OoT/MM/TWW) when i was in middle school, but Twilight Princess was a huge disappointment to me. i liked PH and ST, though i never got around to beating either. yet i've remained fairly consistently interested in Pokémon the whole time, or at least lately
