Poltergeist 3000: The vacuum would temporarily suck up an enemy, and then the player could shoot them out at another enemy. Sort of like Kirby's swallowing. Though it could be like a final smash too.

Other than that: I have no other ideas for items.

Santa would be awesome as a summon.

Santa is a character in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, worth a whole 300 points if you find him!
Unfortunately it only lasts for the week before and during Christmas...
He would leave mystery presents, Boxes and Barrels shaped like gifts all over the battlefeild, and they'd all contain Items... and hurt anyone who gets in the way of a sliding box or barrel!
He should only appear in the month of December though...

Powder Keg! It works similiar to the Smart Bomb, but the explosion lasts less and looks different.

Another could be Sky Prism pieces from PokéPark Wii. Collect 14 pieces and they will make you invincible for a minute.

That could be difficult in a smash match, might not be worth it for only a minute.

I mean, i find it difficult to grab all 3 dragoon pieces and it only has one shot.

Well...instead it could be the entire Sky Prism. Or just one piece. You become invincible for 20 seconds IF you have caused less than 100% damage since you last spawned. That would make it more PokéPark-ish, as it is what balances happiness in the PokéPark. Oh well

That would be a special move for Luigi at the least. (Or Poltergeist 3001 lol)

A bit from Star Fox...

Homing Launcher: Cracker Launcher all over again, but with homing shots if aimed properly.

Grenade: Pick one up and it'll start its timer to explosion. Throw it around kind of like Snake's hand grenades.

Sniper Rifle: After you pick one up, hold down A to aim and let go to fire, preferably at opponents further away from you.



This is reminding me of how I want to see a Metal Slug/Contra-style run-and-gun game of Star Fox.

Wouldn't the homing-ness of the shot negate the need to aim properly?

I mean, you still would need to look left or up to go up-and-left......but still.....

They should have exodia cards. If you collect all 5 you automatically win
