Nuzlocking

Nuzlocke is basically Pokemon, Hard Mode. Nuzlocke puts hair on your chest. Nuzlocke is life. That kiddy stuff you do? That's Nuzlocke Easy Mode. Nuzlocke, Hard Mode has 2 simple rules, along with millions of other optional rules. The mandatory rules are as follows:
1. Catch the first Pokemon on the route and Nickname it.
2. Dead= Faint.

Seems easy? It's not. Nuzlocking is the meaning of hard. You know how Blue felt back in RGBY? How he lost his Raticate? Your going to feel that every battle.

What I'm saying is, have you heard of Nuzlocke? If you have, what games have you 'locked?

To be honest it's not really that hard to do.

Not really. I've attempted Nuzlocking, and I've managed to get as far as Cerulean City. And I'm still getting farther!

It's basically luck with the wild 'mons, but beyond that, it's total skill. Just like a Magikarp only run.

"Normal" Pokemon is the MAIN SERIES!!! I don't know what you mean by calling it kiddy just because it's "unrealistic" and not nuzlocke. I don't think Nintendo meant Pokemon to be realistic.

Pretty much. It's basically for people who think the game isn't hard enough to enforce harder rules on themselves.

I've done Nuzlocking before, and I found it very enjoyable. I find it helps to make one of the rules to nickname every Pokémon in order to, whatchacallit, increase the pain in seeing them dying and such.

I have. I've gotten as far as Fuchsia City, Ice Path, Slateport City, and Route 215.
