I got water under the SSBB disc by accident and I can't open the disc, does anyone else know how?

IT'S DUAL-LAYERED AND THE LITTLE STRIP THAT CLOSES THE TWO PARTS TOGETHER BROKE OFF. AND I WASHED IT ONE DAY WITH A DAMP PAPER TOWEL AND TODAY I NOTICED THAT IT WOULDN'T WORK AND SAW THE WATER UNDER IT thank you very much.

Well maybe because you're not supposed to wash it with a damp paper towel.

Well, uh...water will just evaporate over time, if that helps. Maybe heat it a little, but obviously not too much (just hold it near a radiator or something).
