"Downsizing" (originally known as "Fired" before the discontinuation of the Nintendo Video service) is the third episode of Season 1 of Dinosaur Office.

Summary

It's Craig's birthday, and the dinosaurs head to a surprise party where Terry's intern is the only co-worker to be fired from DinoSoft Limited.

Plot

In the beginning, a humiliated Craig, who is wearing a Hawaiian shirt, claims to Todd, Richard, and Sheila of his refusal to believe that Hawaiian Shirt Day is actually on the 20^th. Terry asks Richard to arrive in the former's office, which the latter agrees. When Craig asks about something he is witnessing, Sheila tells him of downsizing and says that Terry ate up the marketing department a week ago, which Todd responds of the stock's number that the department were not hitting. When Terry convinces Sheila to head into his office, she does that and claims of her vacation days that she should have used upon having the chance. Todd claims to Craig that Sheila has nothing it takes "to survive in the cutthroat world of business." Craig claims to Todd that the ceratopsian will be eaten for sure for wearing his Hawaiian shirt today. Terry asks the Todd if the former can have a word with the latter at his office. Todd, who heads for the office, claims of industry trends that he should have kept up with. Terry later convinces Craig to join him and the others at his office. As Craig enters the office, it was revealed that the dinosaurs have surprised him with his birthday party. Despite Craig's claims of Terry eating him and the others, the boss convinces him that the only employee to be fired from DinoSoft Limited is his intern, who has a birthday candle stuck on top of his head that Craig blows out. After terminating the intern, Terry asks the intern if the others want a piece; however, Todd and Sheila respond that they are herbivores, and Craig responds that he has diabetes.

The episode begins with Craig, Todd, Richard, and Sheila at DinoSoft Limited, with a humiliated Craig wearing a Hawaiian shirt.
Craig	I can't believe Hawaiian Shirt Day isn't until the 20th. I'm so embarrassed!
Terry appears from his office.
Terry	Hey, Richard, can I, can I see you in my office?
Richard heads into Terry's office.
Craig	What's all that about?
Sheila	I bet it's downsizing. Last week, Terry ate the marketing department.
Todd	They weren't hitting their numbers.
Terry appears from his office again.
Terry	Sheila, can I have a word?
Sheila	[heads to Terry's office] I should have used my vacation days when I had the chance!
Todd	She didn't have what it takes to survive in the cutthroat world of business!
Craig	Terry will eat me for sure, what with today's Hawaiian shirt snafu.
Terry appears from his office once more.
Terry	Todd, can you pop in here?
Todd	[heads to Terry's office] This is my own fault. I should have kept up with industry trends.
Terry appears from his office one more time.
Terry	Craig, why don't you join us?
Craig heads to Terry's office. The door to the office creaks. When Craig enters the boss's was later revealed that Todd, Richard, Sheila, and Terry are wearing party hats.
Todd, Richard, Sheila, and Terry	Surprise!
It was revealed that Terry has been rounding up a surprise party because of Craig's birthday.
Craig	You guys totally had me going. I thought Terry was eating everyone.
Terry, Richard, Sheila, and Terry laugh about Craig's claims as the boss's intern, who has a birthday candle stuck on top of his hid, shows up.
Terry	Nobody's being eaten today. 'Cept this intern.
Terry escorts the intern to Craig.
Intern	Happy birthday, sir.
Craig	You guys shouldn't have.
Craig blows out the candle, and Terry eats the intern.
Terry	Anyone else want a piece? There's plenty to go around.
Todd	Thanks, but I'm an herbivore.
Sheila	Me too.
Craig	I have diabetes!
