- name = Name of the company. ({{PAGENAME}} can be used in the template.)
- logo = Image link of the logo.
- caption = A message about or describing the image.
- founded = The year the company was founded.
- founder = The name of the company's founder.
- predecessor = The name of any predecessor of the company.
- successor = The name of any successor of the company.
- defunct = If the company no longer exists, the year the company was defunct.
- parent = If applicable, the parent company that owns the company.
- subsidiary = If applicable, any companies that are directly owned or controlled by the company.
- externallink = A link to the company's official website, if applicable.
