fix wording, follow standards a bit better, change arrow image to 'right', even though it still doesn't exist

- W3C. MW uses XHTML 1.0. Specifically, attributes must be quoted, and the align attribute and center element are deprecated (and I also removed <small> in favour of CSS, which is recommended). - GP talk
