The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest is an altered, more difficult version of the original The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Originally titled Ura Zelda and developed for the Nintendo 64DD as an expansion for Ocarina of Time, the game continued development despite the discontinuation of the 64DD and was ultimately released for the Nintendo GameCube alongside the original game on one game disc. The disc also features trailers for upcoming Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance games (the selection depending on region), as well as a highlight reel.
In North America the compilation game was released as a bonus for pre-ordering The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, while in other regions it was packaged with the game in a "Limited Edition" version. In addition, a Master Quest mode would be featured as a part of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.

The Rebirth of a Legend...and a True Hero's Challenge
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, considered by many to be the best adventure ever created, arrives on the Nintendo GameCube, faithfully reproduced and displayed in high resolution. As a special bonus, this disc also contains the never-before-released Master Quest, a second journey through Ocarina of Time with newly-laid-out–and incredibly challenging–dungeons. Only true heroes will make it through this quest alive...
Guided by a mysterious ocarina, Link will have to travel through time as he fights evil in different stages of his life.
As Link becomes immersed in a story for the ages, he'll explore a vast world filled with fascinating characters and dangerous creatures.
Battle your way through the original adventure–one of the greatest games of all time–or take the epic challenge of the remixed Master Quest.
Gameplay
Ocarina of Time Master Quest retains the basic gameplay of the original game. Similar to the Second Quest from the original The Legend of Zelda, Master Quest reworks the game's dungeons to have more difficult layouts, and places more difficult-to-beat enemies at earlier points in the game.
