Hm... For the section that only Administrators can edit, why not split that off on to a template and protect that page? You don't run the risk of perhaps missing a change that a user can make, and it will keep users out of trouble as they cannot edit the list and stuff. Super Mario Bros. 15:02, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
