Ok, ok, wait. Weren't we going to be a technical wiki? I thought we wouldn't cover games. Tucayo (Talk)

Correct, some skype discussions took place because I had the same questions. The game pages will be created as a Nintendo product, but the articles will be minor and serve as exit pages to the corresponding wiki. The text will just be some teaser text and have links to the fan specific wiki. Axiomist 00:28, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
So, links as Animal Crossing: City Folk will lead to the AC Wiki, right? Also, is CoolPikachu! wiki staff? --{{SUBST:nosubst|User:Tucayo/sig}} 00:35, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Gah, guess I will explain myself. I wanted to create this article and was given an okay by TTEchidna. Oh, I'm only staff on Bulbapedia. --CoolPikachu! 00:38, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Also, in skype we discussed finding a few people that would be awesome editors or staff members from each wiki to come in and help us with some basic setup. After I finish up the Kirby series article, I plan to try creating an infobox, or a template that would go at the foot of the pages to explain that the game article is meant to be an exit page "See Mario wiki for more information on this game and its subject matter." plus a link, the SMW logo, etc. If CoolPikachu can't access the NWiki discussion thread at NIWA, we can probably get that done. But we do need more input and stuff so we can get closer to going public with this wiki.
We currently don't have an AC wiki to do that for. :( It's going to be an incentive to get NIWA members though. So we'll be able to offer an exclusive on traffic from this wiki when they get the ball-a-rolling to join NIWA. But anyhow, let's discuss these things in the NIWA boards, so we don't reveal too much to anyone we didn't know found this wiki.Axiomist 01:07, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
