3-D Tetris (also known as 3D Tetris) is a game for Virtual Boy. It is a North American exclusive game, but was once planned to be released in Japan under the name Polygo Block.
Gameplay
Gameplay is similar to Tetris, however a three-dimensional playing field with an automatically changing camera perspective is used. A shadow will indicate where a block will drop.
