Questionable coverage

According to this page on the official Japanese GameCube website, this game was not published by Nintendo, but rather by its developer, Seta Corporation. Despite this, Nintendo is somehow listed in the copyright info anyway. This information makes me wonder if this game should really be covered, especially since the coverage page doesn't mention anything about original IPs that Nintendo has neither published nor developed, but still has them listed in the copyright info (granted, this game is the only case of such to my knowledge, but it's still something to keep in mind).
