Fantasy Life is the first game in Level-5's Fantasy Life series, published by Nintendo outside of Japan.

Gameplay

Fantasy Life is a life simulation game set in a region called Reveria, where the player can do activities like exploring, hunting creatures, crafting, and catching fish. The player can choose from a number of "life classes" for their character, and is able to expand their house after clearing various tasks or decorating it/buying a new one. The player is able to rank up their life class by fulfilling a Life Master's tasks. After a purple meteorite (known as a Doomstone) falls in the house of the player, the player is tasked with investigating a prophecy of Reveria's goddess and Lunares; the moon, and is sent by the King Erik to investigate the meteorites.
