Metroid Dread is an upcoming main-series Nintendo Switch game for Nintendo Switch. It was revealed at E3 2021.[1]

It shares the same name as the cancelled Nintendo DS game. Since then Eurogamer has confirmed in an interview with Yoshio Sakamoto that this indeed is in a sense a continuation of the cancelled game.[2]
