Remove webp files; disable from upload
Restrict jpeg extensions from upload (force jpg)
Fix URL correction (spaces break, see https://niwanetwork.org/wiki/Nintendo%20Power)
Extensions: Scribunto (high priority), DPL3, UnusedRedirects, CodeEditor, WikiSEO, Abuse Filter, QuestyCaptcha (seems broken), TorBlock, Disambiguator, DismissableSiteNotice, CodeMirror
