Template:Otherwikis/doc

This template is meant for mainspace articles to provide a quick list of links to the same article on one of our fellow NIWA Wikis. Simply type in the exact name of the Wiki you want to link to and an external link to that article will be added to the list. Multiple Wikis can also be listed. When listing names, order does not particularly matter, as the list is automatically set to appear in alphabetical order by Wiki name.

For example, on the Nintendo Switch article, if you wanted to link to that same page on SmashWiki, then type:

However, to link to a different page, simply type the name of the article on the Wiki being linked to in place of the "1". For example, to link to Super Mario Wiki's page for Super Mario Bros.:

|Super Mario Wiki=Super Mario Bros.
}}

The template is set to automatically use the article title in the heading text. This can be changed using the "title" parameter:

{{Otherwikis|title=NIWA Wikis}}

An "italics" parameter also exists, to italicize the name if it is a video game, series, etc. (simply add "italics=yes"):
