Roccaforte v. Nintendo of America, Inc. (full name: Gerald ROCCAFORTE, Sally Roccaforte and Gerald "Joey" Roccaforte v. NINTENDO OF AMERICA, INC.) was a court case held in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana by judge Susan M. Chehardy. The case started in 2001.
