The Tomodachi series is a life simulation series involving Miis. It consists of two games. The first game is a Nintendo DS title called Tomodachi Collection that was never released outside of Japan. The successor is a Nintendo 3DS title called Tomodachi Life (Tomodachi Collection: Shin Seikatsu) in Japan.
Originally, Tomodachi Collection was in development as Otona no Onna no Uranai Techou; a cancelled fortune-telling/divination game for adult women, that was never released (though DS Uranai Seikatsu may have replaced it).
