Devil's Third is a Wii U exclusive third-person hack and slash game, released in 2015 and developed by Valhalla Game Studios, headed by Tomonobu Itagaki. Originally announced by THQ for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the rights to the game were returned to Valhalla after THQ was closed down in 2013, and Nintendo obtained publishing rights. In Japan, the retail version of Devil's Third was released exclusively through Amazon.[2]
The multiplayer component of the game was later released for PC, titled Devil's Third Online.
