+ | :To be honest with you, I'm not a huge fan of this template for several reasons. First of all, most of the phrases used in the left column are awkwardly worded; for example, "''Super Mario Bros. 2'' has a successor game to ''Super Mario Bros.''" just doesn't sound right when you read it out loud. Secondly, I think this template has way too many parameters, and some of them seem too uncommon to be useful. There aren't that many video games that have a partner game (other than the Pokémon games), or that were later released as a mini-game or a microgame. And third, I'm not convinced that this template is even necessary in the first place, as most of the things covered in this template could more easily be described in text, like on the article [[Ball]] for instance. + | :::I understand that language is not your forte, but even though it may be easier for you to use this template to describe things, it may not be so easy to use for other users. Language happens to be one of my stronger areas, and I actually find it much easier to just write in normal sentences rather than using this template. Like I said before, the things covered in this template should be implemented into the text of an article, and I'm still not convinced about the overall necessity of this template. Forums
Hey, by chance, are you on the NIWA fourms? if so, what is your profile? (if you don't mind me asking) Tacopill (Talk) 00:00, 9 August 2011 (UTC).
- Yes, I do have an account there, although I haven't used it much at all since I signed up. My username there is the same as it is here. Tinsatu 05:21, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sounds Good. The reason i ask, is that i have been watching your contributions, and i have to say i am impressed. Would you be interested in a position on the staff? (it's not up to me, but i could give a recommendation of you to the user who it is up to). Tacopill (Talk) 14:00, 9 August 2011 (UTC).
- Sure, I'd be glad to have some position on the staff. Tinsatu 23:51, 9 August 2011 (UTC)

feedback
Hey, when you get a chance, can you take a look at {{HelpNav2}}
and give me some feedback? Thank you ahead of time, Tacopill (Talk) 15:46, 14 August 2011 (UTC).
- It looks pretty good to me, but I have a couple of questions: why is it set to automatically put pages into Category:Pokémon series? Also, why is it categorized as a Pokémon template? Other than that, I think this template would be very useful. Tinsatu 17:03, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
- The Pokémon stuff is left over from the
{{Pokémon series}}
template i used to start off with. I will remove it now. - Also, would you be interested in writing any of the pages linked there?

Feedback please
After much work, I am proud to present for your feedback, this template - {{Related Games}}
. So...what do you think about it? Tacopill (Talk) 04:28, 16 October 2011 (UTC).
- To be honest with you, I'm not a huge fan of this template for several reasons. First of all, most of the phrases used in the left column are awkwardly worded; for example, "Super Mario Bros. 2 has a successor game to Super Mario Bros." just doesn't sound right when you read it out loud. - Many of the parameters are probably redundant, since I tried to hit all possible words I can think of, and allow the editors to choose which words they wish to use (hence why there is "successor" and "predecessor"). As far as the uncommon ones, they can be dropped in favor of the "others"...and the "others" can be expanded as need.
