Pandora's Tower is an action role-playing game for the Wii, developed by Ganbarion and released by Nintendo in 2011 in Japan and 2012 in Europe and Australia.
With no word of an official North American release, fans started a campaign known as Operation Rainfall to generate interest in the release of this game and two others: Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story. Although Nintendo originally stated that it had no plans to bring the the three games to North America[1], the game was finally released by Marvelous USA in 2013.
