Few games are known to use it, namely Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble (both the Japanese and English versions), and the third party game Command Master.

It is designed to function with the accelerometer ADXL202JQC (manufacturer Analog Devices), which would be used in the above games for functions based on moving the Game Boy Color (functionality on a non-Game Boy Color is unknown).
