Statement
I'll try to keep this short. While I do have a lot of responsibility elsewhere in NIWA (I'm working as an admin on Nookipedia), I do feel there is interest to help bring this wiki back to life.
What I mean is that, people have been wanting to build and create a community around Nintendo games, and I do want to change a lot around, such as changing the reviewing edits part to only IP addresses, and encouraging more registration by allowing accounts to be created, albeit with a real email address. This could also be a good opportunity to begin to encourage linking from other NIWA wikis and affiliate and to also seek out affiliate when needed.
There's a lot to untangle here, but while I doubt it can work to help bring this community afloat, it could help create a community around Nintendo games.

There's no one else to vote for... :pMy vote definitively falls on yes if PanchamBro is eager to help the wiki get on feet. Hopefully we learn some new things and improve on current ones. --Viperision (talk) 03:13, 1 June 2021 (UTC)

User:Toa 95 (a Super Mario Wiki veteran/former admin, and admin rights on NintendoWiki already) makes good, often detailed edits. They have the occasional hiatus, which is why their presence is not apparent right now except for an expansion on Super Mario 64 (other edits circa last month) following Ukikipedia (and not just the 'more detailed wiki exists' template). On the other hand, those hiatus could potentially cause an issue, (note bureacrat User:Glowsquid made a temporary demotion for this reason), but I have faith in him and NintendoWiki is smaller. - Unsigned comment by User:Torchickens

NintendoWiki's first Editor-in-Chief is Toa 95, elected for a term of one year - congratulations!
Note: Per tacopill's request, I have volunteered to declare the winner as an uninvolved party and NIWA Coordinator. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 02:49, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
