Purpose

Adds the page to the two categories given, where the Sort Key of one category is the name of the other.

2 unnamed parameters where:
1. the value of 1st parameter is the first category's name and the second category's sort key.
2. the value of 2st parameter is the second category's name and the first category's sort key.
