Famicom Anser (possibly a Japanese romanization of English: Famicom Answer) is software for the the defunct Famicom Network Service. The © 1989 Nintendo copyright on the boxart and cartridge may suggest that Nintendo owns the rights to the software.
Summary
The Famicom Anser is not a regular Famicom cartridge, and was one of multiple cartridges for the Famicom Network System. The purpose of the cartridge not clear, however "?" blocks similar to the Mario series can be seen. This does not imply that it was a Mario game however, as other, non-Mario Famicom Network Service games (i.e. JRA PAT, PIT Motorboat Race) also feature the blocks.
A screenshot also reveals that having to enter a password is involved at some point for using the software.
