I feel like that's something you'd have to ask them, not me. But the Cross-Wiki Weekend Event will be starting soon (at the end of this week, in fact), so hopefully there will be some more activity around here during that time.

Yeah, that works. Part of that was the result of newly-uploaded images not working properly for a while, but it's been fixed by now.

Also, when you upload images, please try to use the {{FileSourceCitation}} template (the code is here here, you only need to use the parameters that apply).

Image Classification

I think using Game Logo should be fine.

There is a User license template, so I'd imagine they're allowed on here, though I don't have any more specific answers for you (since, as you said, there's no established personal image guidelines on here). Personally, I'm not against them as long as they aren't being used on the mainspace.
