Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day! is a game for Nintendo DS. In Europe it is known as Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain?, and in Japan, its translated title is Supervised by Dr. Ryuta Kawashima of Tohoku University Future Science and Technology Research Center: Brain Training for Adults.

Gameplay

A popular Touch! Generations title, it is a series of exercises supervised by a character who is a digital model of neuroscientist Dr. Kawashima, for players to train their brain every day. At the end of a daily exercises the player is given a "Brain Age" score (minimum 20 maximum 80), which is meant to give an indication of the average performance for the player's age.

In addition to the daily training, the player can repeat individual exercises and play Sudoku puzzles.
