Otona no Onna no Uranai Techou, meaning "Fortune-telling Notebook for Adult Women" was a cancelled Nintendo DS game in development from Nintendo. The title was eventually reworked into the game Tomodachi Collection.

Later, Nintendo/Jamsworks did release a fortune-telling Nintendo DS game DS Uranai Seikatsu, but its significance to this game is unknown.
