Konami is a third party Nintendo partner and Japanese video game company, famous for franchises such as the Metal Gear series. It once joined a joint venture with Nintendo for Mobile System GB notably including games with any innovative network/sensor related features, forming the long defunct company Mobile21; of which Koro Koro Puzzle: Happy Panechu! is relevant here.
