Gento Matsumoto, born in Tokyo, Japan (1961) is the founder of Saru Brunei; a company formally part of the Marigul Management group. Gento Matsumoto works as an art director, in publishing, films, advertising and games and has received various awards.[1]

In terms of Nintendo, he worked on Cubivore: Survival of the Fittest as a designer, and Satoshi Tajiri's book Shin Game Design.
