M161 is a licensed Game Boy chip and Game Boy mapper by Mani (officially licensed Nintendo Hong Kong distributor).[1]
It was used by multiple official multi-carts in China specifically for functionality between the menu and the games. In relation to Nintendo Co., Ltd. this includes 4 in 1: Tetris, Tennis, Alleyway, Yakuman.
Mani may have continued their later work with the MMM01 instead.[2]
