Daigassou! Band Brothers is a Nintendo DS game, and the first game in the Jam with the Band series. It is succeeded by Jam with the Band (Daigassou! Band Brothers DX in Japan; an upgraded version of the game).
There is also another variation of the package, released on the same date as the original game with includes stereo headphones; called Daigasso! Band Brothers Plus Stereo Headphone.
