Summary
The game connects with Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions (and following an update in Japan, the Japanese version of Pokémon Platinum Version). Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions is fully incompatible with the game.
Gameplay involves looking after a ranch, with simplified models of the Pokémon appearing in the ranch. Reaching specific milestones allows for rewards to be sent to Diamond and Pearl, with Leafeon for Phione (250 Pokémon in ranch requirement) and Egg for Mew (999 Pokémon in ranch requirement) trades becoming available.
