Hajime Hirasawa is a video game composer and the founder of Faith, Inc. (an IT company known for ringtone technology). In 1990 he joined Nintendo but left in 1992 because he didn't agree with Nintendo's policies on the ownership of his music.

In addition to his confirmed roles as a composer, he is listed in the Special Thanks of Wave Race.
