DSiWare (Japanese: ニンテンドーDSiウェア) are a form of Nintendo DS software released for Nintendo DSi Shop and later available on Nintendo 3DS eShop.
DSiWare are often less expensive than full retail games, and (for at least Nintendo 3DS) are saved to the system's memory rather than SD Card. They may come with a digital manual included within the software. Various Nintendo-published games are exclusive to this medium.
While it is still possible to purchase and download DSiWare titles, new DSiWare games were discontinued on March 31, 2017.
