Nintendo Game Seminar (Japanese: 任天堂ゲームセミナー) is an official Japanese Nintendo event for game design students. It has run on years 2003[1], 2005, 2010, 2013 and 2014.
Formally between 1990 through to 1992, a past event had run known as the Nintendo & Dentsu Game Seminar (任天堂・電通ゲームセミナー) and lasted for three sessions. A student from there had graduated and formed the company indieszero, releasing their debut game for the company Sutte Hakkun for Satellaview.
During the Nintendo Game Seminar, students learn about game development, and work together in teams to create their own Nintendo games. Games from this event have later become available in Japan with DS Download Play, and via Wii U Nintendo eShop. Not all works became public.
