The Nintendo Direct aired November 12, 2015 in North America, and on November 13 in other regions. The Direct was a standard Nintendo Direct, covering content for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U launching in late 2015 and early 2016, and was the final regular Nintendo Direct presentation aired in 2015.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD was announced with a launch date of March 4, 2016. The game will support amiibo, in addition to launching with a Wolf Link amiibo figure. Pre-orders come with a soundtrack CD. The Legend of Zelda for Wii U was also reconfirmed to launch in 2016, and will be compatible with the Wolf Link amiibo.

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes will receive an update adding the Den of Trials and new outfits, to be released on December 2.

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon will launch November 20. The game will feature all 720 current Pokémon, and will allow players to explore dungeons and battle against and alongside a number of Pokémon, including mythical and legendary Pokémon. Included with a digital purchase of the game for a limited time is an offer for a free Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon HOME Menu theme.

Splatoon

Two new maps, Museum d'Alfonsino and Mahi-Mahi Resort, will launch alongside even more new weapons and gear in a content update for Splatoon later that day. The game will continue to receive content and game updates until at least January of 2016. The Nintendo Treehouse Splatournament was also announced to be held in December of 2015.

Super Mario Maker

A new game update has recently gone live, and over 3.3 million courses have been uploaded worldwide. A portal site for Super Mario Maker was announced, allowing players to more easily find player-created courses online and bookmark them later. The portal will launch in December.

Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival

The game was announced to launch as part of a bundle featuring two amiibo figures (Isabelle and the exclusive Digby) and three amiibo cards, while more amiibo will launch later. The amiibo figures allow players to play as that character, while the amiibo cards can be used in the game's other modes. The game will launch alongside a set of amiibo December 13.

Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash

Several new mechanics and gameplay modes were featured in Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, as well as online features, which allows players to play in any game mode against any players worldwide. With amiibo, players can team up with or play against that character and level them up. The game will launch November 20 in North America.

Xenoblade Chronicles X

Xenoblade Chronicles X will launch alongside four optional downloadable data packs which will help to make the game run more smoothly; digital versions of the game come with these pre-installed.

Nintendo eShop

Goes over new titles released and to be released exclusively on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, including:

Yo-Kai Watch

The first segment of Nintendo's "Very Important Meeting" miniseries, advertising the recently-released Yo-Kai Watch.

Nintendo 3DS

Wii U

Also announces the "Smash Splat Wii U Deluxe Set", packaged with both Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Splatoon, deals on original Nintendo 3DS XL systems, and new amiibo.

Pokkén Tournament

Pokkén Tournament will be released for Wii U in Spring of 2016. First-print copies of the game will come with a Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card to immediately unlock it as a playable character.

Star Fox Zero

Showcases an overview of and the characters in Star Fox Zero, as well as going over all the different vehicles in the game and they way they play. The game will launch in April of 2016.

Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam

Goes over the mechanics of Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, including Paper Mario's capabilities, Papercraft battles, and Battle Cards. The game will launch January of 2016 (December in other regions).

Final Fantasy Explorers

A new game for Nintendo 3DS, Final Fantasy Explorers will allow players to journey the world in an action RPG setting. Players can either play alone or with friends locally or online. The game will release in January in North America, including all of the DLC in Japan, as well as having a Collector's Edition.

Fire Emblem Fates

Goes over the various purchasing options for the game. Fire Emblem Fates will launch in two versions: Birthright and Conquest. Players can purchase either version and buy the other campaign as DLC for a discounted price, as well as a third DLC story path. A "Special Edition" will launch with all three story paths in one cartridge, as well as having multiple other bonuses. The game will launch in February, and additional maps will be released as DLC.

Mega Man Legacy Collection

Mega Man Legacy Collection will launch for Nintendo 3DS, and feature all six of the original games and hundreds of bonus contents, including some Nintendo 3DS-exclusive content. Also available is the challenge mode, including exclusive challenges available by using amiibo. The game will launch in February 2016, alongside a "Collector's Edition" that features an exclusive gold Mega Man amiibo.

Pokkémon, Red, Blue, and Yellow Versions

Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow Versions will be re-released digitally via the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console service. The games will using wireless features to retain the local trading and battling features. These games will release on February 27, 2016, the same day as the Japanese release of the original games.

Hyrule Warriors Legends

Hyrule Warriors Legends will feature new content from the original, including new characters such as Tetra, Toon Link, the King of Red Lions, Skull Kid, and new character Linkle. The game will launch in March 2016, including a free HOME Menu theme offer.

Dragon Quest

Nintendo will be releasing the Nintendo 3DS port of [[Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past in regions outside Japan in Summer 2016, as well as Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King later in 2016.
