Animal Crossing: New Horizons[1] is an upcoming main installment in the Animal Crossing series. The game is slated to be released for Nintendo Switch in March 2020.
Development
A new Animal Crossing title for Nintendo Switch was originally announced in the Nintendo Direct on September 13, 2018, with a planned release in 2019.[2] The game was shown for the first time during Nintendo's E3 2019 presentation, revealing that the game's release had been pushed back to March 2020.[1]
