Famicom Bunko: Hajimari no Mori is a text adventure game for the Super Famicom, originally exclusively available from the Nintendo Power cartridge service.
At a much later date, on July 17, 2007 the game was released on the Japanese Wii Shop Channel Virtual Console. On August 21, 2013, the game became available as a downloadable Virtual Console title on Japanese Wii U Nintendo eShop.
Summary
The game features a nameless boy who decides to take a train to see his grandfather at Kuzunoki Village after his school vacation. Behind the railway tracks, he meets a mysterious girl in a forest, who he then befriends.
