Super Famicom Wars is a game in the Wars series for the Super Famicom. It was only released in Japan.
The game never obtained a standard physical release. Instead, it could be written to a SF Memory Cassette during the years that the Nintendo Power cartridge service was active. At a much later date, it was re-released for Wii U and New Nintendo 3DS on Japanese Nintendo eShop.
A limited, demo version of the game was also available during Satellaview broadcasts, simply known as the "BS version" (Super Famicom Wars BS Han).
Summary
The game plays like the earlier Famicom Wars but with additional maps and up to four player gameplay.
