E3 2021 (June 15, 2021) consists of a Nintendo Direct and Nintendo Treehouse: Live session.
Details
In no particular order:
- Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken series was revealed as a new downloadable Super Smash Bros. Ultimate character.
- The newest Metroid series game was confirmed to be Metroid Dread (Nintendo Switch) (the name is inspired by the cancelled Metroid Dread).
- WarioWare: Get It Together! was announced.
- Mario Party Superstars was announced.
- More of Mario Golf: Super Rush was shown, specifically free updates that will be available.
- Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp was announced as yet another upcoming Nintendo Switch game and a remastering of Advance Wars and Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising.
- New The Legend of Zelda series content was shown
- Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
- The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
- The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
- Celebrating the series' 35th anniversary, Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda was announced, in a similar fashion to the previously released Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros.; including The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link and Link's Awakening.
- Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is both associated with E3 2021 and is published by Nintendo in Japan.[1]
