Takenori Ōta is a programmer (likely at Game Freak) for Pokémon Red and Green Versions and later core Pokémon series games. He was also an advisor for Pokémon Stadium.
In Game Freak's earlier history, Ōta is attributed for various other games developed by Game Freak as well, namely Mario & Wario (special thanks), and the non-Nintendo published Pulseman (programmer) and Bushi Seiryūden: Futari no Yūsha (special thanks).
