Golden Sun Universe is a wiki encyclopedia that covers content based on the Golden Sun series. In addition to covering the games, official character appearances, and licensed spin-off material, Golden Sun Universe also provides limited coverage of the fan community and content.

History

The original Golden Sun Wiki was founded by Dracobolt on November 2, 2006, using the PBwiki platform. On November 21, it was announced that the wiki would be moving its content to Wikia, with a new Golden Sun Wiki being created under the name Golden Sun Universe.

On November 25, 2010, Golden Sun Universe separated from Wikia and moved its content to an independent host, becoming affiliated with NIWA (the original wiki has since been renamed to Golden Sun Wiki). Days later, on November 30, Golden Sun Universe became a member of NIWA, and is the fifteenth member.
