E3 2021 (June 15, 2021) consists of a Nintendo Direct and Nintendo Treehouse: Live session.

Details

In no particular order:

• Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken series was revealed as a new downloadable Super Smash Bros. Ultimate character.
• The newest Metroid series game was confirmed to be Metroid Dread (Nintendo Switch) (the name is inspired by the cancelled Metroid Dread).
• WarioWare: Get It Together! was announced.
• Mario Party Superstars was announced.
• More of Mario Golf: Super Rush was shown, specifically free updates that will be available.
• Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp was announced as yet another upcoming Nintendo Switch game and a remastering of Advance Wars and Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising.
• New The Legend of Zelda series content was shown
  • Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
  • The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
  • The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
  • Celebrating the series' 35th anniversary, Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda was announced, in a similar fashion to the previously released Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros.; including The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link and Link's Awakening.
