Earn one point each time you raise the correct flag in two modes of play. Be careful not to let time run out! Nintendo first began releasing the Game & Watch series in 1980. This collection of games was available on portable LCD devices, and each title featured a game and a clock. Each Game & Watch title features two modes of play: GAME A (normal difficulty) and GAME B (more advanced play). While some controls have been changed in the DSiWare version to better suit the Nintendo DSi system, the appearance of the game itself has not been altered.
Memorize the order in which flags are raised, then raise them in the same order (GAME A) or raise the correct flag according to the corresponding number (GAME B). Earn one point each time you raise the correct flag, but lose one of your remaining tries if you raise a flag out of order or if you let the time bar run out. The game ends when you have no tries left.

Gameplay
The player has to press buttons that correspond with the number shown to make the flagman either hold a flag or show his feet. The better the player gets at the game, the harder the game gets. If the player presses the wrong button at any time or does not press a button within the time limit, that player will lose a life. When the player loses three lives, they receive a Game Over.
In Game A, the player has to follow the flag order that is given to them, with each round having one more number than the last. The player receives a point for every sequence they correctly follow. In Game B, the player has to raise the flag that matches the number shown, but the time to do so shortens as the player progresses. Every correct button the player presses is worth a point.
